Yep, Tempura is right! I love tempura, although it is one of the unhealthy type Japanese foods :)

Cami desu = Cami is
Cami ha genki desu ka? = Cami feeling good is?
Cami genki desu! = Cami feeling good is!

Kinda hard to do pronunciation here, but got the tool for you... thanks to a project I just helped complete at www.japanesepod101.com - we recorded over 120,000 japanese words and made them freely available for everyone wanting to learn japanese.

Hahaha :) Well, they do look funny, in a cute way :)

It must be weird to have a sandwich with pasta in it!! I've never tried such thing! I will make sure I ask them next time I go, maybe see if they have it there!! They have these vegetables that are regular vegetables like carrots and stuff but fried or something like that, I don't really know what it is but it is sooooo good! I think it's called like Tempura? (not sure if that's the real name or if it is spelled like that).

So how do I say "Cami is feeling good" in Japanese? I should ask, how do you say "Cami is" lol cause I know feeling good is genki :) thanks for teaching me that one! I will try to remember. How is it pronounced?

HAHAHAAHA"They look like cartoons! ^__^" that was so funny.

Ill try and post a photo of a yakisoba roll if I havent, its pretty much like a Subway sandwhich with yakisoba inside instead of meat and veggies.

I said, I am genki (genki = feeling good)
わたしは　げんき　です

Then I said that medical insurance is important, and that I need to get some:
ぼうくは　保険証を　ひつよう　が　あります、ね。　日本の　保険証は　じゅうよう　です。

Hey, I agree with B!! We demand translations to English!! :) Or I would be happy with Spanish too, haha ;)

I feel happy, cause out of EVERY word you've written in Japanese, yakisoba is the only one I actually knew before I read your explanation, yay! There is a Japanese restaurant like 2 blocks away from my dad's office and sometimes we go and have lunch there. The people who run it are Japanese and they are so cute! They look like cartoons! ^__^ And the food is sooooo good!! Before I was kinda scared to try new things so all I had was yakisoba (the pasta) but it has been forever since I had it, cause everytime I go I try something new. Delicious!! And no spiders, yay!! :)

So was this sandwich actually bread...then pasta...then bread again? I am kinda confused about that one =/

Happy to read about your daily exploits, but I can't help but feel I am missing the best parts (you are writing them in Japanese with no translation).
