		<description>As promised.... this is a really easy recipe haha, and not really worthy of the name (the nikumans in the store a much better, but i think this has a lot of potential).

*put pancake mix in a bowl
*mix in 1 egg
*pour in 150ml of water
*mix until it is consistent (should look just like pancake mix)

*preheat (microwave) some teriyaki or wet bbq pork, add minced onion and celery if you like

now pour the batter into a microwave safe bowl until the bowl is half full.  Place your preheated meat into the middle of the batter, and finally cover the meat with the remaining batter.

++do not fill the bowl more than 3/4

*now place the bowl on the edge of the spinning platter inside the microwave (not in the center).  Depending on the bowl size it should take approx 3-5 minutes for the batter to turn into bread.  It should expand above the top of the bowl and separate from the edges of the bowl.

When finished take out the bowl and use a spatula to drop the MegaNikuMan onto a plate.
