Ok time for a quick picture post. One quick note, I did go to the immigration office today and got my official long-term stay visa. It is a 1-year visa to stay here in Japan, next up I have to apply for re-entry permit to see if they will let me leave now 
This is a photo from when my coworkers Peter and Marvin took me out to celebrate my upcoming marriage. Had a great night, and now this photo makes me realize I actually look short when standing with these guys, haha.

These are statues at the temple. Also many entrances and small rooms were carved out of this stone. This temple area dates near a 1000 years plus.
