Birthday Weekend
So, this weekend was my birthday, I turned another digit 
To celebrate, Ayako and I went to watch a movie. It just so happened that a particular movie of note was released to the theaters this weekend here in Japan (probably only released in Japan). It is based on a famous manga series about an American guy dating and eventually marrying a Japanese girl.
We watched the movie without English subtitles and I was happy to discover that my Japanese ability did not utterly fail me. On the contrary, there were only 2 or 3 spots where I did not catch what was being said

Wow. This does seem like movie that would hit close to home for you and Ayako. I laughed out loud at the end when the guy looks up at the sky with his coffee in hand. It\’s just so over the top, I LOVE IT!. Now I need you and Ayako to pose in the exact same way and take a picture.

Yes, the movie was a bit over the top in more than one scene - but it was deliberate and that made it palatable
Not sure we can get a camera up in the sky like that last shot, you volunteering to climb a tree?
